Take the Extra Steps: Join Business Affairs for a Wellness Walk downtown!

Walking is an accessible and beneficial exercise that requires no special equipment and readily fits into busy schedules. Walking just 30 minutes per day is an excellent goal to promote overall mental and physical well-being.  

To celebrate the final week of the Fall Into Fitness Team Challenge, 世界杯官方app Wellness and Business Affairs leadership invite all 世界杯官方app employees to join us at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 8 for a short wellness walk around San Pedro I and San Pedro Creek. To participate, wear your 世界杯官方app gear and meet us in the San Pedro I building lobby.

Fall Into Fitness wraps up on Nov. 12. Participants should continue logging their steps on the UT Living Well platform powered by Limeade and remind teammates to do the same. By completing this challenge, you earn 200 points toward the Believe, Achieve and Succeed levels on the platform.

We hope that those of you who participated in Fall Into Fitness have found that the challenge has helped you achieve health goals, connect with your team and make new fitness friends at 世界杯官方app and across the UT System!

If you haven’t already done so, we encourage you to take advantage of all the resources available within the UT Living Well platform. On the Discover tab, you can complete a confidential well-being assessment that will help you set multi-dimensional well-being goals. Then, head over to the Activities tab to choose from a variety of options that meet your goals and lifestyle.
